The Time Court

The Time Court is a magical place out of time and space that joins the seven havens. Time moves differently inside the Court. So an hour may pass inside while a week passes outside.

The Court is a circle formed by a tall barberry hedge. Seven identical blue doors are evenly spaced around the hedge, each with a cobblestone path leading to the center, like spokes in a wagon wheel. A steel column, taller than a person, stands to one side of the center, and casts a shadow onto lines carved into the stones, and opposite is an ornate bench seat. Each blue door is solid with an ornate copper handle and set in a wooden archway.
